We welcome all who are joining us for worship today. You will notice that St Peter's is a specifically Prayer Book Parish theologically as well as liturgically. What this means is that traditional liturgy (services) are the worshipping expression of normative Anglican, (i.e., of the Anglican Communion) belief. We hope that you find your time in our midst spiritually refreshing and beneficial.

Missionary Canon Paul Jeffries is coming to St Peter’s!! Sunday March 3, 2013 pre-book that day off and plan to attend worship, potluck and presentation in the Parish Hall. Paul presents and inspires !

New offering envelopes are at the rear – if your name is not on a box then please claim a new box and sign your name on the sheet on the wall provided for that purpose. Let’s all do our bit financially and together keep the doors of St Peter’s open for our upcoming 175^th year

Note: On Friday Jan 25^th at 7 p.m. a meeting was held between members of St Mary’s, Devon vestry and members of St. Peter’s vestry to discuss and investigate the possibilities inherent in our Parishes’ proposed “spiritual partnership” relationship. Fr Hebb chaired the meeting.

Our ACW will have a sale table at the Shrove Tuesday Supper on Feb 12^th donations of baking, sewing, knitting and new or nearly new items for the elephant table  could be dropped off by 3:30 p.m.

St Peter’s is Hosting the local World Day of Prayer service this year on March 1 at 7 p.m. – reception following Storm date Monday March 4, at 7 p.m.

Parish of Bright Pancake Supper Feb 9, 4-6 p.m. Parish hall 1405 Rte 104, Adults $7:00 Children under 12 yrs; $3:00: menu: pancakes, sausages, baked beans, fried eggs, gingerbread with whipped cream and layer cakes.

CCPC on Westmorland St, Pancake Supper, Tues. Feb 12 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Gym: Menu: pancakes, syrup, beans, sausages, rolls, tea, coffee and desserts – a free will offering at the door!

Parish of Stanley Valentine Supper Sat Feb 9, 4-6 p.m. smothered steak in mushrooms and onions, Black Forest Cake for dessert: $10:00 adults, Storm date Feb 10^th.
