Also today Sept 30 Evensong St Peter’s 7 p.m.

We welcome all who are worshipping with us on this Trinity season. St Peter's is a specifically Prayer Book Parish theologically as well as liturgically. What this means is that traditional liturgy (services) are the worshipping expression of normative Anglican, (i.e., of the Anglican Communion) belief. We hope that you find your time in our midst spiritually refreshing and beneficial.

Is there someone who should be prayed for ? Prayers can be either public (in Church) or private - in homes and the Rector's personal devotions

Fredericton Food bank: The Food Bank asks for a focus on ‘meal in a can’ items such as canned stews, canned beans or canned pasta.

October 13: St Peter’s Annual Turkey Supper 4:30 - 6:30 - we need to know if we have sufficient volunteers to run this event. Sign-up sheets are at the rear - please sign as a soon as possible. For those who cannot work or bake cash contributions to offset upfront costs are most welcome and necessary!

Both our Sunday School and Confirmation classes have recommenced. Please pray for the students, teachers, candidates, Fr Hebb and this parish as these important initiatives begin for the autumn season. You can make a difference and your prayers are the place to begin and are likely, though we cannot now see this, the most practical and immediately useful contribution anyone can make!

Note: Please remember that parish finances are very tight as you consider your Thanksgiving Offering. Summer, though sunny and beautiful, was very lean.

Despite other worthy causes and even immediate Parish needs, God’s house is always properly a place for the very best we have to offer!
