We welcome all who are worshipping with us this late Trinity Season. St Peter's is a specifically Prayer Book Parish theologically as well as liturgically. What this means is that traditional liturgy (services) are the worshipping expression of normative Anglican, (i.e., of the Anglican Communion) belief. We hope that you find your time in our midst spiritually refreshing and beneficial. We also pray that you might  find time in your busy life to return!
Interviews for 175 anniversary Video were conducted Sat Oct 26 inside the Church - those  interviewed spoke of their, their family's and friends connection and participation at St Peter's PAST and present. Robert Payne has graciously volunteered to produce a celebratory video as part of  our 175th anniversary celebrations. Robert hopes to have a finished product before Christmas.

this worship at 11 a.m. will be followed by Parish Pot luck meal in the Parish hall at 12:30 p.m.
St Peter's 175th year milestone was noted and celebrated at the Provincial Legislature on Thursday November 21 at 1 p.m. Parishioners were welcomed and congratulated!.

The members of St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Devon invite you to their annual Chicken Pattie Tea & Bazaar from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 30th. The cost of the Tea is $7.00.  The event also has a Food Table, a Craft Table, a White Elephant Table, and a Silent Auction. 
On Sunday. Nov.17th , a basket will be put in the  church entry for items for small bingo prizes for Farraline Place. Items like notepads, pens , small kleenex, small jewellery, small deodorants, shampoos, body lotion, etc. These will be taken to Farraline Place on Nov.28th. St.Peter's ACW will give a donation towards the Roofing Fund and general running of Farraline Place.

Also, the bin in the entry can now be used to gather items for Grace House, a Women's overnight shelter. They need women's clothing and non-perishable items to stock their shelves such as toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, tea, coffee, soap, dish detergent, sugar ,flour, cans of food etc. These will be taken to the shelter after Sunday Dec.8th. St. Peter's ACW will also give a monetary donation to the shelter at that time.

- St. John's Nashwaaksis //   The Soup Market  - is a business that makes individual portions of soup to sell and deliver to people in the Fredericton area. On Friday November 22nd they will be making soup in St. John's kitchen. For every 10 oz cup of soup they sell they will donate a cup of soup to the Fredericton Food Bank. The varieties they will be making include Hearty Root Vegetable, Beef n"Brown Rice, Vegetarian Chilli,  Creamy Chicken Stew and Seafood Chowder among others. Nov 3rds  ACW Annual Christmas Bazaar and Chicken Casserole was a success - thanks to all who worked and all who supported this annual event! Results $2,075.00 cleared!
Dr Hebb's 2nd annual PUBLIC (not just Parish) Remembrance Day talk Monday Nov 11 at 2 p.m. Topic:  The outbreak of WW 1 and the year 1914 as seen through  Letters Home all welcome!

He has been asked to repeat this talk Nov 12 , 2 p.m. at St Mary's Devon for the North side Heritage Assoc. All welcome!

A warm thank-you to all who worked so hard and contributed in any manner - especially with your prayers and presence to our successful 175th Anniversary Dinner! We, as a Parish, do have much to reflect upon and be thankful for to our God and our fore bearers in this place.

Canadian hero,  Captain Charles Rainsford and his brother Lawrence Bradshaw Rainsford were both  honoured with special gravesite plaques at an October 15th ceremony. The well attended and smoothly run event took place under glorious sunshine- many thanks to all who worked so hard to make this event such a success!
In lieu of our annual Turkey supper an empty basket has appeared at the rear for donations towards our Invisible Turkey Event. Proceeds from this un-Turkey effort can be placed in marked envelopes and if donors include their names and envelope #, they can receive income tax credit for their contributions.
Sunday school and Confirmation Classes: Due to a critical teacher shortage, one (1) children's class can be offered and Fr Hebb has now begun a Confirmation class for those 10 yrs old. The class will run weekly from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with the expectation that the youth will normally join worship at 11 a.m. Confirmation classes will run til April and resume next Sept - in 2014. A confirmation date in late autumn 2014 will be sought from the Bishop.
