We
welcome all who are
visiting us for worship during this most Holy Week of the Christian Year. You
will notice that St Peter's is a specifically Prayer Book Parish theologically
as well as liturgically. What this means is that traditional liturgy (services)
are the worshipping expression of normative Anglican, (i.e., of the Anglican
Communion) belief. We hope that you find your time in our midst spiritually
refreshing and beneficial.
Celebrating 175 Years: The other week Vestry brainstormed our anniversary year potential. Items being pursued include a catered Parish Banquet in the autumn as well as a special anniversary service with Archbishop Miller on Sunday Nov., 24th. 11 a.m. Our Sunday school is also running a "logo" drawing contest. Our ACW is investigating striking special glasses and/ or plates to mark the occasion. Stay tuned for further updates!
